Style, Size, and Photo Changes
If you need to make any changes to your order, such as size, style or photo, we need to verify first if it's possible. If your order has already entered production, we can no longer make any changes to it. So, if possible, contact us within 24 hours after you place your order. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!
If you need to change your shipping address, please send us an email with your order number and the new address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!
Refund / Cancellation Guideline
- Since our custom gaming mouse pads are printed / produced on demand, your order is final. Before we put orders into production, we always make sure we only print them in high quality. If need be, we'll send you a mock-up to get your confirmation before we put the product into production.
- If you receive an incorrect or defective product (or you're not satisfied with its quality), please message us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you compensated. Make sure to send us photos as proof, so our support team can help you accordingly. We are more than happy to send you a new one completely free.
- If you want to get refunded because you're no longer interested with the product, please make sure to contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. Otherwise, we won't be able to cancel or refund the order.
- Please keep in mind that we always want to achieve quality in design we print and produce. As such, we'll require 5-10 business days of production before shipping your order. Once production is completed, we'll ship your order based on the method of shipment you've chosen.
If your order arrives with a defect or quality, don't worry - we got you covered. We are more than happy to reprint and resend it completely free of charge. Just shoot us a message at email@example.com with your order number, and make sure to include a photo of your item explaining the issue. From there, our customer support team will take care of everything.
Exchange & Return
Since we offer customized gaming mouse pads, they cannot be returned (unless, of course, if they're defective or damaged). Please refer to our Damaged / Misprinted Items guidelines above, or simply contact our customer service for additional assistance.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return / Exchange Policy, let alone are we liable for these issues.
- Products are damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or poor maintenance
- Personal reasons like change of mind, personal taste, or "buyer's remorse."
Please note that our gaming mouse pads are one-of-a-kind. Your order will only be produced for you alone. As such, they're not returnable, unless damaged or defective. Whatever size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected by you and we already shipped it, Stay Lit PH is not responsible for processing a replacement.
