HOW DOES OUR ORDER PROCESSING WORK?
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday direct from our manufacturer's warehouse. As for orders we receive on weekends or holidays, we will begin processing them the next business day. Please give us 24-48 hours process your order's mock-up. Once it's shipped, you will be notified via email. You'll receive a link with the tracking info. If the item(s) in your order is out of stock or delayed for shipping, please expect an email from us.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you want to check the status of your order, please shoot us an email at email@example.com. Make sure to include your order number and billing information, so our customer representatives can assist you accordingly. Expect your order number to be given to you once purchase is completed. You'll also receive your tracking info as soon as your order is shipped.

Unfortunately, free Shipping does not apply to Returns & Exchanges and can only be used for orders within the designated regions. Duties and taxes may be levied by shipping company upon delivery. We are required by international law to disclose the full value of all shipping contents. Processing and transit times are approximate. Flat rate is approximate based on the current exchange rate of your chosen currency. Shipping is subject to availability. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
